Gerard O'Sullivan is the April Guest Speaker. He is the Lead Tutor for Referee Development for the GFA and is a former Level 3 referee, now operating on the County League middle. He is also a professional Trainer in his working life with the MOD. Gerard will be speaking about Motivation, Self-Assessment and Goal Setting - all of which are an integral part of refereeing at all levels, and underpin the successful development of everyone from new trainee through to World Cup Final match official (as Howard Webb told us all last year!). As this is the first meeting of the new RA Membership Year please bring along a refereeing colleague to listen to what promises to be a fascinating night.
